Get Your Refund
Once approved, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
What's Covered
- Full product price of your first order
- One opened unit (covered by Satisfaction Guarantee)
- Additional unopened units if returned within 30 days
- Free replacement if your product arrives damaged
What's Not Covered
- Original shipping fees
- Orders placed over 30 days ago
- Subsequent / repeat orders
- Subscription renewals after rebill date
- Final sale, seasonal discounted items
Important Notes
- • The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to first-time purchases only (one per customer/household).
- • For multi-packs or bundles: only one opened unit is covered by the guarantee. Any additional unopened units must be returned to receive a refund.
- • For unopened returns, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please use a trackable service as lost shipments cannot be refunded.
- • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
Subscriptions & Repeat Orders
- • You'll receive an email reminder 2 days before each renewal so you never miss it.
- • Log into your Account Page to pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel anytime.
- • Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset it and access your account.
- • Make changes before your rebill date — once payment is processed, your order is already being prepared for shipment processing and cannot be refunded.
- • Repeat orders are not covered by the 30-day guarantee. Unopened products may be returned with shipping fee deducted from refund.
Returns (Unopened Products Only)
Changed your mind? We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
How to return unopened items:
- 1.Email support@bettr.co with your order number.
- 2.Our team will provide a return reference number and shipping instructions.
- 3.Ship the unopened product back to our warehouse using the provided instructions.
- 4.Once received and verified, we'll process your refund (5–10 business days).
Note: The return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please use a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Common Questions
Do I need to return the products?
If it's your first order and you've opened a product, no return is required — keep it as our thanks for trying Bettr. For unopened items or multi-packs, a return is needed.
Why do I need to use it consistently?
Skincare takes time. Most customers see results in 2–4 weeks. We ask for consistent use so you can give Bettr a fair chance to work its magic.
What if I have a reaction?
Stop using immediately and contact us. Reactions are covered under the 30-day guarantee.
Can I get a refund on a subscription?
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first order only. For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime before your rebill date. Once processed, orders are in motion and cannot be refunded.
